Jim Griffith -
Owner/Operator |

| Jim attended Van Buren H.S.
and graduated in 1970. He then attended Ohio State
University and majored in Agriculture. After 10
years of farming Jim started Griffith Landscape
Management in 1985. He is a licensed pesticide
applicator in Ohio. He enjoys all aspects of the
business but especially enjoys landscape design.
He also really enjoys the snow and ice removal in the
winter. |

Karen Griffith |

| Karen also attended Van
Buren H.S. and graduated in 1974. She went on to
graduate from the Bowling Green School of Practical
Nursing. Karen enjoys flower planting and
definitely has the "green thumb." She has an
excellent eye for detail. |

Glenn Griffith -
Irrigation, Snow Removal, Webmaster |
|
| A 1995 graduate of Mount
Vernon Academy, Glenn has his business degree and a
computer degree. He is our computer expert and
webmaster. He also troubleshoots irrigation
systems and does an excellent job of filling in wherever
he is needed. |

Megan Griffith - Mowing, Crew

| Megan graduated from Van
Buren H.S. in 1998 and has a B.S. degree from The University
of Findlay in Fine Arts. She is currently pursuing
a Masters in Graphic Arts. Megan heads our mowing
crew and helps with landscape installations. Megan
does an excellent job running the mowers and has an
excellent eye for detail. |

| Bob is a 4-year employee
and has a strong background as a mechanic. He
helps keep equipment in top shape and helps with
mulching and new landscape installation. |

| Emily is a 5-year employee.
She started out working for Griffith Landscape
Management as a college student. Emily has a
strong equipment background and does an excellent job
operating the mowers. She also has a strong
interest in photography. |

Kay Albrecht

| Kay has been with Griffith
Landscape Management for two years. Kay helps with
the mowing and also helps with mulching. She has a
positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. |

| A graduate of North
Baltimore H.S. John attended Owens College for turf and
landscape management. He is a new employee for
Griffith Landscape Management. He worked for four
years with another landscape company. John brings
a wealth of experience and knowledge to the job. |
